Prompt replies, transparent re pricing and quoting, and kept me in the loop about what was happening and changes to the booking (I.e needing to send the cleaners a touch later). In an industry that causes so much stress with bond clean ups, these guys were a welcome relief, especially as I contacted them after being burnt particularly poorly with another agency-recommended cleaner. Nothing but good things to say, the REA was also highly impressed with their work. So much so that the exit inspection passed without the cleaners needing to return! Would not hesitate to recommend.
